Urban Cottage ships by UPS ground and USPS. Please call us if you need something faster. Shipping rates vary per product and are determined by weight and shipping zone.
When your package arrives, inspect the merchandise immediately for any damages. Contact us by phone or email with pictures and details within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to make a damage claim. Please keep the damaged item and any packaging material in the event that UPS requests an inspection.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are for exchange only and must be made within 15 days of purchase. Please give us a call for a return authorization.
