Monday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Sunday: Noon to 5pm
Shipping
Urban Cottage ships by UPS ground. Please call us if you need something faster. Shipping rates vary per product and are determined by weight and shipping zone. When your package arrives, inspect the merchandise immediately for any damages. Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to make a damage claim. Please keep the damaged item and any packaging material in the event that UPS requests an inspection.
Returns
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your merchandise and are for exchange or store credit only. We do not process refunds. Please call or email to receive a return authorization. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
